Lorell, do you know how I can access the dashboard of a blog that
I can no longer access the EM that I set it up with nor password.
I can’t find anyoneto help me. Many offer how to resent the password
but doing just that is fruitmess until I can change the email.
I think I used a [different email] when I set it up but I
can’t access that email anymore. Don’t belong to it & can’t access it.

To access the WordPress Administration Panels (not dashboard), you will need to reset the password through the email address associated with that account. If you do not have access to that email account, you will need to get very technical. I recommend that you contact your web host for help. The technical explanation is found at Resetting Your Password « WordPress Codex.
Try the WordPress Support Forum for more specific help but your web host should be able to help you. If not, tell them you are changing hosts. You pay for their help on things like this, so make them earn your trust.
